SCALE is a 30 week group program capped at 10 business owners who are all at the exact same stage of business as you. Each month covers a different pillar of your business detrimental to scaling and growing. delivered through 2 live calls per month + a monthly coaching call.

Building a business can be lonely which is why I've intentionally created this as a group. You'll collaborate, be held to a high standard, and build connections with people who know exactly what it's like to be where you are. Some of my best ideas have come from group settings when someone asked a question I hadn't even thought of.

I opened my clinic because I was a great therapist and I wanted to be the best.

I completed my Dermal Therapies so I could understand skin more in depth and build a business that was known for skin correction. But that's not why it became successful.

It became successful because I learnt how to actually run a business. Understanding components like numbers, leadership, systems, marketing, planning and at what stage of the scaling journey each had to be executed.

ABOUT SCALE

SCALE runs for 30 weeks, starting mid July and wrapping in February.

I originally designed this as a 6 month program covering 6 key pillars, but anyone who owns a Clinic or Salon knows December is chaos. So I built the program around it. December is intentionally light with just Coaching Calls for extra support. You stay connected, you get support, but you're not trying to learn and implement in your busiest month.

Every month you get 3 calls:

2x Workshops: This is where the actual work happens. You're not taking notes to action later. You're building, implementing and finishing things on the call. You leave with it done, not on your to do list.

1x Hot Seat Call: Open coaching. Bring whatever is most alive in your business that week. A team problem, a money question, a decision you can't make. Nothing is off topic.

FAQ's

I've done group programs before and they haven't worked for me.

The problem with most group programs is they let anyone in. So you end up in a room full of people at completely different stages, with completely different problems, and the conversation never goes deep enough to actually help you. Scale has entry requirements because who's in the room matters. And what you think you need right now more clients, more marketing, more revenue is usually a symptom of something else. That's exactly what this program addresses.

Can I join partway through?

No. The program starts in July and that's the only entry point. It's been designed in a specific order for a reason, each month builds on the last. Letting someone join mid-program doesn't just affect them, it affects the energy and flow of the whole group. The room matters and we protect it.

Can I cancel?

No. And here's why, when things get hard or uncomfortable the first instinct is to quit.

That's exactly the pattern that keeps most business owners stuck. You joined for a reason. That reason doesn't go away because it got hard. It is also my job as your mentor to hold you to a higher standard. What has got you here, will not get you to your next level.

Do you give refunds?

No, just like you I do not offer refunds on Services provided.

What if I can't make the calls live?

All calls are recorded and available on the platform so you can watch the replay. It is highly advised to come to the call live, as we are implementing the work on the call. In my experience, if you cannot make it live, you will be less likely to implement the work and will fall behind.

These calls are also a mix of ‘hot seat coaching’ which is where you can ask me anything about your business and I will help you through it, you can’t get that in a replay.

What if I join and don't think it's for me?

That's what the entry requirements are for. If you're generating $6k+ weeks, have a team, and have completed Consult Code, this program was built for you. If you're unsure, DM me before you buy.

Are there prerequisites?

Yes. You need to have completed The Consult Code before joining Scale. You also need to be generating a minimum of $6k weeks with at least 2 team members. This isn't a program for someone just starting out.

What if I need coaching on something we're not covering that month?

That's what the hot seat call is for. Every month has one open coaching call where you can bring anything, it doesn't have to be related to the month's topic. If something comes up in your business that needs addressing, that's your time.

How much time does this require each week?

Allow a minimum of 2 hours per week outside of the calls. The calls are designed so you're doing the work on them, you're not sitting there taking notes to implement later. The time between calls is for executing what you've already built.

When are the calls and what time?

Calls are Tuesdays 10am and will run for 60-90 minutes. There are 3 per month. Once you join, you will get a calendar with every call so you can block them out.

How is this different to your 1:1 coaching?

A lot of what's covered in Scale is content I work through with my 1:1 clients. The difference is access. In 1:1 you have direct, closer access to me and we work specifically on your business. Scale is the curriculum, the community, and the coaching, at a price point that reflects the group format.
