The Business of Skin was born because I refuse to accept what this industry calls ‘normal.’
Burnt out, broke, exhausted, overwhelmed and guessing your way through business is not success, its survival.
Being a business owner takes more than understanding skin and being a great therapist.
Because being a great therapist won’t teach you how to make profit, understand your finances, lead a team, build systems, navigate challenges or build a business that runs without you.
BOS was born from frustration with the lack of real education and service standards in this industry.
I know what it’s like to be stuck in the treatment room because your team can’t sell like you. But pushing them isn’t the answer.
They need to understand skin deeply and be able to explain it simply, master consultations, and build confidence. Just knowing skin isn’t enough.
To treat Skin, you know we need a holistic approach, you cannot treat externally without treating internally. Business is no different.

Ash is the visionary behind The Business of Skin! She is on a mission to help Clinic Owners stop the daily grind and build businesses that give them real freedom and serious profit. After scaling 2 award winning clinics to 6 figure months, she now leads a powerhouse team delivering strategy, structure, and results, while boldly challenging outdated industry norms and showing owners what’s truly possible when they master their numbers and mindset.

Stevie brings years of hands on experience managing high performing teams and driving Clinic growth. Formerly the manager of Ash’s award winning Clinic, Stevie now specialises in training your teams just as she did with Ash’s Clinic to nail their consultations, have exceptional Skin Knowledge, sell with confidence and have your Client’s on 12 month treatment plans so they see the results they deserve. Building you a high performing, knowledgeable confident team.
