What do you cover in your 1:1’s?
Overall, I help you make more money in your business without working more. I do this through financial organisation, pricing profitably, membership implementation, sales training, team structure and system build outs.
In your first call we run through a business audit and find the blind spots, we then create a plan to fix those and work on that each call.
I have worked with a coach before, how are you different?
There are a lot of coaches out there and honestly some are amazing. What I teach comes from my lived experience running multi location clinics and businesses across different industries so that in itself will be like no one else.
I also have a very direct approach, my job is to help you get results and I am very serious about that.
If you are looking to stay in comfort, don't hire me.
What level does my business need to be at?
You need to have an established business, be 70% booked or more and make a minimum $5,000/week.
I help businesses to scale and you can’t scale without having the foundations laid first. Generally anything below this is still building foundations.
How much time do I need to commit each week?
The calls with me are your dedicated time.
Some clients prefer to leave each call with a clear to-do list so their week is mapped out.
Others prefer to do the work on the call with me.
As a general guide up to 2 hours per week for coaching and implementation.
If you feel like you are too busy for this, that's usually a sign you are doing unnecessary or misaligned tasks. I will audit this with you and show you how to simplify and where to focus.
What is the best way to sign up?
You need to book a discovery call with me, you can do this here. On this call we will assess whether 1 on 1 coaching is the right fit. If you decide to move forward, we will discuss availability and start dates on the call on progress from there.
Can you guarantee results?
Just like you with your clients I can’t control what you do outside of our sessions therefore I can’t guarantee anything. What I can say is that what I teach has been proven, not only by me but by the results my clients achieve.
If you implement what we work on, results will follow.
I don’t have a team yet, can I still join?
Yes, in fact it is super beneficial as we can implement systems, strategies and create an onboarding process before you hire, plus create agreements, rosters and get clear on the employee you want to hire. We can ensure your business is set up for an employee and making enough profit.
How do I know when to hire a coach?
If you aren’t achieving what you desire, hire someone who is an expert and has achieved that thing so they can give you the ‘cheat sheet’ on how to achieve that.
Business is meant to be challenging but not ‘hard’ and operating from a state of burnout.

How long do I need to sign up for?
The minimum commitment is 12 weeks, anything inside of this isn’t enough time to create any changes within your business. The majority of clients stay on after those 12 weeks.
What do I do if I want to cancel?
After your 12 weeks just email us letting us know you would like to cancel. We just require 30 days notice
